We usually reply within a day or two. If your question is about the code sign-in email, check your spam folder first — and note that each code works for fifteen minutes, once.
Your data is yours: you can export a copy or delete your account entirely from Settings inside the app, no email required. The details of what we hold and why live in the privacy policy; the rules of the road are in the terms.
